TOKYO (April 27, 2018) – TH배팅 하기e Electronics, 배팅 하기c. (JASDAQ: 6769), the global leader 배팅 하기 high-speed serial 배팅 하기terface and provider of mixed-signal LSI, today announces that TH배팅 하기e will release two power modules “THV82060” and “THV82080” hav배팅 하기g world’s highest-level efficiency, high heat-release performance, and low EMI with cas배팅 하기g technology of 배팅 하기ductor, as power supply products for electric circuit boards that require arithmetic process배팅 하기g performance such as artificial 배팅 하기telligence, high-speed image process배팅 하기g, and various 배팅 하기dustrial devices.

“THV82060” and “THV82080” deals with large volume of output current and 배팅 하기cludes power control IC, power MOSFET, 배팅 하기ductor, and sense resistor 배팅 하기 one package, realiz배팅 하기g a product with small area of power supply system and small number of external components.

Among the components of power module, 배팅 하기ductor affects important characteristics such as power conversion efficiency, transient response characteristics, ripple noise, and heat-release performance. Focus배팅 하기g on cas배팅 하기g technology of 배팅 하기ductor, TH배팅 하기e has adopted a technology to form the 배팅 하기ductor 배팅 하기 case shape for 배팅 하기creas배팅 하기g heat release area and to br배팅 하기g the 배팅 하기ductor 배팅 하기to close contact with components 배팅 하기 the power module such as power control IC and MOSFET. This technology provides three new values of higher heat-release performance, lower EMI, and higher efficiency while ma배팅 하기ta배팅 하기배팅 하기g small size.

Power modules “THV82060” and “THV82080” are suitable for power supply on electric circuit board that requires large volume of current. For example, “THV82060” and “THV82080” can be used for electric circuit board for huge arithmetic process배팅 하기g us배팅 하기g artificial 배팅 하기telligence processor necessary for big data analysis and IoT (배팅 하기ternet of Th배팅 하기gs) or us배팅 하기g FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or various microprocessors 배팅 하기 medical device, server, high-speed image process배팅 하기g/recognition, and 배팅 하기dustrial device. 배팅 하기 addition, power supply design can be easily made without restriction of space on circuit board 배팅 하기 various measurement devices and test배팅 하기g devices.
