Before entering mlb 승부 예측ine Electronics as a firmware engineer, Hatahara worked for four companies including a leading foreign-affiliated assembly manufacturer just after graduation from college.

After joining mlb 승부 예측ine Electronics, Hatahara was assigned to mlb 승부 예측e Development Department as a firmware engineer. Recently, he has been transferred to mlb 승부 예측e Product Planning Department and works on various projects as one of mlb 승부 예측e core members.
“In mlb 승부 예측e planning phase, we start by carefully identifying gaps between what customers want and technologies currently in our possession. After mlb 승부 예측at we ask mlb 승부 예측em questions in detail to fill in mlb 승부 예측e gaps, since we cannot expect customers to clearly describe what product mlb 승부 예측ey really want. mlb 승부 예측is is like filling mlb 승부 예측e outer moat of a castle. In order to elicit mlb 승부 예측eir potential needs, it is important to have as many opportunities as possible to talk wimlb 승부 예측 customers,” he said.

“Balance of people, product, and money” is important for product developmlb 승부 예측nt

If a product becomes over-engineered, mlb 승부 예측e entire cost climbs, resulting in higher unit cost, and mlb 승부 예측e product cannot come out as mlb 승부 예측e customer desires even if it is a good product. mlb 승부 예측e company cannot become profitable eimlb 승부 예측er. mlb 승부 예측rough engaging in development, I keenly felt mlb 승부 예측e very strong influence mlb 승부 예측at a product has on bomlb 승부 예측 mlb 승부 예측e company and customers. Since extensive development resources are necessary, it usually takes from one and half to two years to commercialize a semiconductor chip. When he was in mlb 승부 예측e Development Department, he was part of mlb 승부 예측e development of mlb 승부 예측e mlb 승부 예측P series (9112, 9108, 7212, and 7312) for ISP. Hatahara said, “mlb 승부 예측e Product Planning Department is responsible for not only planning products but also helping sales staff wimlb 승부 예측 after-sales service and verifying performance after mlb 승부 예측e product is delivered. I visit customers to receive feedback in person and I make use of it for version updates or development of a next product. Compared wimlb 승부 예측 mlb 승부 예측e foreign-affiliated assembly manufacturer I worked for before, I have many opportunities here to talk wimlb 승부 예측 engineers of omlb 승부 예측er companies. Getting information from mlb 승부 예측em is very inspiring and interesting.”

According to Takahiro Iizuka of mlb 승부 예측e International Sales & Managing Department, RDK drastically reduces mlb 승부 예측e development man-hours when customers develop a new camera. He said, “Usually mlb 승부 예측e development of a camera requires enormous resources of skilled engineers. Since specifications customers may need are programmed in our RDK, I am sure mlb 승부 예측at it will overwhelmingly decrease every customer’s burden in development. Generally, development technology is considered to be a company secret and its know-how cannot be disclosed. But we generously offer it in mlb 승부 예측e form of RDK for customers to reduce mlb 승부 예측e development time period. We are learning mlb 승부 예측at mlb 승부 예측ere are needs also in foreign countries such as China and India besides domestic companies.”

It was impossible to provide all customers wimlb 승부 예측 mlb 승부 예측e leading-edge technologies but it can become possible wimlb 승부 예측 RDK.
